Russell has an enormous amount of experience and knowledge as an agent which was important in rapidly changing market due to covid. He kept us informed throughout the process and organised over 50 individual people to see our property within a week. I don't think a larger real estate office could give this kind of attention and focus to 1 property. I found Russell to be very honest and he didn't try to add extra unnecessary expenses. He is one of the few agents around who is willing to list a property for private treaty and list a sale price to maximize the sale price. The price he achieved was significantly above the listed price.
