I found Russell to be efficient, knowledgable, great work ethic and a great negotiator. His down to earth, no fuss style made my sale seem stress free. Without bothering me with the small details, he literally went out of his way to get me the highest price possible for my home. When I say literally, after the buyers had signed the contract for sale after less than a week on the market, not only did he get me a fantastic price, he drove 120kms to meet with me so I could counter-sign the contract (and this was on the day of his 25th wedding anniversary!). Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He even arranged for a guy to carry out my pool compliance inspection.
