Russell is simply the best!


If you are looking for a professional Real Estate who will truly look after your interests, I cannot recommend Russell Haddan from David Russell Real Estate highly enough. I was quite daunted by the thought of selling my home, but Russell explained everything and kept me informed throughout the entire process - which was much quicker than I anticipated. Not only was it a fast sale, but Russell also secured a significantly higher price than I had ever hoped for; even my Solicitor was very impressed. Russell is highly professional, an excellent communicator, highly experienced and knowledgeable about ‘the market’ and, from our first meeting, was very confident of what he could achieve for me. He made everything very easy and took the stress out of selling. Russell goes above and beyond; he also assisted me with the purchase of my next home, which was greatly appreciated. You won’t find a better Agent to really look after you than Russell.

Russell has an enormous amount of experience and knowledge as an agent which was important in rapidly changing market due to covid. He kept us informed throughout the process and organised over 50 individual people to see our property within a week. I don't think a larger real estate office could give this kind of attention and focus to 1 property. I found Russell to be very honest and he didn't try to add extra unnecessary expenses. He is one of the few agents around who is willing to list a property for private treaty and list a sale price to maximize the sale price. The price he achieved was significantly above the listed price.
