I would highly recommend Russell Haddan.


Russell is a very experienced agent; his enthusiasm and knowledge of the current market gave me peace of mind right from the start and he kept me well informed during the whole process. Despite Covid-19 harsh lockdowns and restrictions Russell still managed to sell my apartment in a reasonable period of time and achieve a good result. I would highly recommend Russell Haddan to any vendor or purchaser.

He kept us informed throughout the process and organised over 50 individual people to see our property within a week. I don't think a larger real estate office could give this kind of attention and focus to 1 property. I found Russell to be very honest and he didn't try to add extra unnecessary expenses. He is one of the few agents around who is willing to list a property for private treaty and list a sale price to maximize the sale price. The price he achieved was significantly above the listed price.
